Post-mortem forensic psychological examination is carried out:

1. In relation to the person who committed suicide (allows the investigation to investigate the fact of death in conditions of non-obviousness - suicide, accident, homicide with a pretense of suicide, bringing to suicide);

2. When determining the actual will of a party to a transaction in the performance of legally significant actions when concluding contracts: purchase and sale, gift, signing of a will, assignment of rights of claims.
